Nil Cilanbol has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Head of Talent Management, Engagement, and Graduate Program at DFDS from August 2024 to February 2025. Previously, at Coloplast from September 2022 to July 2024, Nil was responsible for employee engagement, performance management, and the end-to-end management of the graduate program. Nil also co-owned the global talent management agenda as a Talent Management Partner and contributed significantly to various talent strategies at Türk Henkel from April 2020 to August 2022, as well as holding positions at Cargill and Abbott. Educational credentials include an MSc in International Strategic Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BA in Translation Studies from Istanbul University.
