Olivia Thompson

Olivia Thompson is an experienced professional with a background in digital marketing and customer service. Currently serving as an Automation Digital Marketing Specialist at DFDS since March 2021, Olivia previously held the position of UK&IRE Graduate Management Trainee at Marks and Spencer from November 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Olivia worked as an Operations Coordinator at DFDS from June 2017 to September 2019, where strong communication and teamwork skills were developed through customer interactions at the Port of Dover. Additionally, experience as a Note Taker for the University of Reading’s Disability Services provided valuable support to less able students. Olivia holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Reading, completed in 2019.
