Véronique Havrehed

Véronique Havrehed 蔚红 is an experienced Learning & Development consultant at DFDS since September 2018, where responsibilities include managing the top talent program and designing various learning initiatives for employees across the organization. Prior to DFDS, Véronique served as a Leadership Development Facilitator and Key Account Manager at Celemi, specializing in experiential learning and leadership seminars. A freelance corporate trainer from 2005 to 2014, expertise includes cross-cultural management and communication. Previous roles involved strategic brand management and marketing in major companies such as Allianz and Schneider Electric, complemented by an educational background in European Masters in Management from ESCP Business School.
