Ruby Wong has been with DFI Retail Group since October 2013, progressing through various roles including Head of Organisational Productivity and People Analytics, People Analytics and Finance Business Partner, People Analytics Manager, Manager of HR Analytics & Technology, Assistant HR Manager for Group Talent, Senior Human Resources Officer in Resourcing Shared Services, and Human Resources Officer in Resourcing Shared Services. Prior to this, Ruby served as an Associate Consultant at GSI Executive Search (Asia Pacific) from August 2011 to October 2013. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London (2007-2010) and has completed a course at General Assembly in 2017.
