Aase Thuestad Wessel-Berg

Aase Thuestad Wessel-Berg serves as the Director of Regions at Dfind Consulting, overseeing multiple regional offices across Norway since January 2019. Previously, Aase held roles including Leader of the SørVest Region and Leader of the Sør Department, focusing on leadership, strategy, financial responsibility, business development, and recruitment. Aase has also contributed as a Board Member for ODA-Nettverk and Digin, playing a key role in establishing networks for technology and digital solutions in the Sørlandet region. Aase’s earlier experience includes positions in recruitment and business advisory within notable companies such as Dfind Norge, Mamut ASA, and Media 1 Norge AS. Aase holds multiple degrees in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing Communication from BI Norwegian Business School and Boston University.
