Akhil Juneja

Akhil Juneja is an AI Researcher at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since January 2023, focusing on Speech and Language Technology with expertise in Large Language Models, LLM Evaluation, Fine Tuning, Prompt Engineering, Intent Detection, and Conversational Dialogue Systems. Prior to this role, Akhil contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Universität des Saarlandes, assisting in Python Programming for Non-Programmers, and worked as an Associate Software Developer at FlexTrade, specializing in C++ development for high-frequency trading and algorithmic trading systems. Akhil commenced a career with an internship at the National Informatics Centre, developing a basic text editor in C++. Academically, Akhil is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Universität des Saarlandes and holds a PG Diploma in Computer Science from C-DAC and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Delhi University.
