Fransisca Xaveria Anindita

Fransisca Xaveria Anindita has a diverse range of work experience in design and creative roles. Fransisca Xaveria started their career at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) as a Graphic Designer from June 2013 to August 2014. Fransisca Xaveria then worked as an Illustrator at PT Penerbit Erlangga from February 2014 to September 2014. Fransisca also worked as a Graphic Designer at Dampu Design from October 2014 to January 2015.

Fransisca Xaveria later joined Lean Xcellence Partner / PT Tunas Dinamika Prima, where they spent almost six years as a Graphic Designer. In this role, they provided design consulting services, developed visual brand identities, created graphic standards, designed digital marketing materials, and UI for websites and mobile apps.

Fransisca furthered their career as a Senior Graphic Designer at Uptown Serviced Office. Here, they ensured brand consistency, created graphic standards manuals, designed POS materials, directed photoshoots, collaborated with marketing teammates on digital marketing content, events, and website management for social media channels.

Fransisca Xaveria then worked as a Social Media Manager at Sedjuk Media Network. Here, they focused on building and maintaining brand identity, analyzing audience engagement, keeping up with social media trends, and developing social media content plans across multiple channels. Fransisca Xaveria also directed a design team and made monthly reports.

Afterwards, Fransisca joined PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. as a Graphic Designer, where they worked from January 2023 to June 2023.

Most recently, Fransisca joined Garasi Creasindo Indonesia as the Head of Design in October 2022. Finally, they are currently employed at DFLOW as a Creative Designer starting from July 2023.

Fransisca Xaveria Anindita pursued their education at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Intro to Digital Marketing from RevoU in October 2022 and Group Exercise Leadership Specialty Certification from Character Building Training in August 2014.
