Amy Mitchell

Amy Mitchell is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as the Director of Programmes at DFN Project SEARCH and as a Board Trustee for CATHEDRAL SCHOOLS TRUST. Prior to these roles, Amy held multiple senior positions at Teach First from 2005 to 2025, including Chief Impact Officer and Director of Programme Innovation and Insights, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-programme approach and blended learning strategy. Additional experience includes chairing the Board of Trustees at Learning with Parents and serving as an HR & Recruitment Advisor at KPMG Australia. Amy's educational background includes an MBA from Aston Business School and a Master's in Teaching from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, alongside various leadership and management qualifications.
