Benjamin Theakston

Benjamin Theakston is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Ontic since April 2018, overseeing the department at the Cheltenham facility and contributing to the Site Management Team. Previous roles at Ontic include interim Director of Sales and Value Stream Director for OEM, as well as Director of MRO and Head of MRO Programmes, showcasing a strong background in operational and program management. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Leader for GE Aviation and Operations Manager for Herman Miller, where foundational management training was received through a specialized program focused on continuous improvement. Benjamin holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England, along with a certification in Health and Safety.
