Geoffrey Poer is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at DFND Security, Inc. since March 2016, Geoffrey has played a pivotal role in leading security initiatives at various organizations. Notably, during tenure at Gaikai from 2013 to 2016, Geoffrey spearheaded the development of security for Sony's PSNow service, implementing innovative solutions for stream encryption and DDoS mitigation. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Engineer and Senior Manager at Intuit, where Geoffrey focused on corporate information security and security operations, and as Senior Architect at Calence, recognized as the Cisco Global Channel Partner of the Year in 2005. Geoffrey began a career in cybersecurity as a Network Security Analyst at the University of Arizona, following an academic background in the same institution from 1993 to 1998.
