Gillian Grady

Gillian Grady is the Group Head of Legal - Employment & Commercial at DFS. They have extensive experience in employment law, having previously held positions as an Employment Associate at Squire Patton Boggs and DAC Beachcroft LLP, and worked as an In-House Employment Solicitor at Poundworld Retail Ltd. Gillian served as Group Employment Lawyer and Group Senior Legal Counsel at DFS before their current role. They also worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Cobbetts LLP and held research assistant positions at the University of Glasgow and the University of Edinburgh. Gillian earned a Master of Science in Immunology from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Law.
