Matthew Howarth has extensive experience in customer service, having worked at DFS since March 2006 in various leadership roles, including National Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Development Manager, Head of Customer Service, and Customer Service Manager. Prior to DFS, Matthew gained retail experience as a salesman at Miller Brothers from November 1998 to March 2006. Matthew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from Barnsley College, along with studies in Fine/Studio Arts from Danum Sixth Form and GCSEs from Hungerhill.
