Phil Dodd

Phil Dodd possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and financial operations, currently holding the position of Head of Manufacturing Operations at DFS since August 2000. In this role, Phil Dodd oversees a Just in Time production system across five sites, contributing to 25%-30% of DFS's overall sales of £900 million. Additionally, Phil Dodd has partnered with the Group Transformation Director on initiatives focused on group efficiency and procurement. Prior to DFS, Phil Dodd served as Production Director and Financial Controller at Ashley Manor Upholstery Limited from February 2021 to March 2023. Phil Dodd holds a degree from Nottingham Trent University, having studied accountancy through the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants from September 1986 to May 1989.
