Richard Shackleton

Richard Shackleton is the Head of Shared Services at DFS Group, having previously held roles such as Employee Relations Manager and Group Senior Employee Relations and People Services Manager within the same organization. Prior to DFS, Richard worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Wilko and served in various HR roles at Wilkinson. Richard also gained HR experience as a Manager at TLG, where they contributed to transforming lives for good. They hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Bradford and are currently pursuing a BA (Hons) in History from The University of Sheffield.
