Sara Straley

Sara Straley is an accomplished marketing and operations leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Head of Marketing & Operations at DFW Project Solutions, LLC since April 2022, Sara previously held multiple roles at AT&T, culminating in the position of Assistant Vice President - FirstNet Operations. Over a 15-year tenure at AT&T, Sara led substantial revenue growth initiatives, managed large teams, and executed strategic marketing campaigns across various products and services. Notable achievements include driving $825 million in revenue, spearheading the AT&T channel event Fusion, and successfully launching innovative marketing strategies in both direct and indirect channels. Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
