Man-Wai Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Man-Wai began their career in 1985 as a Software Engineer at Sun Oil Exploration/Oryx, where they developed mapping and seismic graphical applications using FORTRAN, C, and C++. Man-Wai also led the migration from VAX to UNIX systems and transitioned to Sun workstations.
After that, Lee worked as a Technology Manager at NationsBank/Bank of America, leading the Trust Service Delivery program and implementing redundant architecture and high-speed networking for mirrored Trust Call Centers. Man-Wai then moved to JPMorgan Chase, where they served as a System Consultant and led the Global Straight Through Processing (GSTP) program, managing a matrix team across different geographic locations and coordinating trading tests with consortium partners.
Lee then joined Citigroup Citi Cards as a Data Solutions Architect, providing architecture solutions for the company's data warehouse and consolidating multiple Corporate Performance Management platforms. Man-Wai also led the re-hosting of the DB2 data warehouse to Teradata.
At Knightsbridge Solutions, Lee worked as a Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Consultant, building assessments and proposals for BI/DW roadmap implementations and translating client needs into requirements for the delivery team.
Man-Wai then joined SunGard Consulting as an Integration Architect, where they directed the selection of an ESB middleware solution at PNMR and conducted a proof-of-concept evaluation.
After that, Lee co-founded MPL Homes LLC before joining Bank of America (Home Loans & Insurance) as a Solution Architect, where they served mortgage LOB information architecture needs and implemented IBM's IIS Information Analyzer as the standardized end-to-end Data Quality solution.
Most recently, Lee has been working as a Program Manager at DFW Technology since 2011.
