David Jaramillo

David Jaramillo is the VP of HR & Recruiting at Vio Security--an experienced recruiting professional with over ten years in the industry, from agency to in-house corporate recruiting. He’s been fortunate to oversee talented recruiting teams in a variety of industries including financial services, real estate, medical and technology. He's been supporting recruiting and HR for a variety of departments including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Operations and Sales.

With HCM systems experience in Workday, OpenHire, iCIMS, PeopleClick, Peoplesoft, and Paycom, David loves to lead by example. Working smarter not harder through referrals, Boolean searches, networking and social media.

David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and Masters from Texas Christian University. He's a SHRM SPHR candidate and a member of NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBAs), ATAP, and the LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter Expert program.
