Douglas Roark

Doug Roark is the current President of DFWTRN, and the Managing Director for Staff Perm, an award-winning staffing agency with a focus on Information Technology and Financial Staffing Services. Doug’s career for the past 20 years, has been focused on the employment solutions market, with responsibility for talent generation and operational management. In addition to being the current President of DFWTRN, Doug previously served on the Board of Directors for 10 years, holding several roles to include: Vice President, Social Media Director and Recruiting Team of the Year Committee Board Director. Doug is passionate about networking, sharing best practices, new ideas and strategy with Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and Human Resource professionals.
