Laerica Goines

Laerica Goines is an experienced outreach worker and lead preschool teacher with a strong background in child and family studies, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University. Since March 2018, Laerica has been contributing to Directions for Youth & Families, focusing on outreach initiatives. Concurrently, Laerica has been working at Barrington School as a lead preschool teacher since April 2017, developing weekly lesson plans and fostering children's growth through various enrichment activities. Previous roles include lead preschool teacher at Licking County Family YMCA, summer intern at Athens CASA/GAL Program, and various internships and counseling positions that have centered on supporting and advocating for children from diverse backgrounds.
