Michael Ennis Pe

Michael Ennis, PE, PMP, currently serves as Deputy Portfolio Manager for Coast Guard Programs at D&G Support Services since July 2022. With extensive experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, Ennis has held the position of Assistant Program Executive Officer for C5I, directing $3 billion in IT and cybersecurity acquisition programs. Previously, Ennis managed the $205 million Coast Guard Logistics Information Management System acquisition program as Program Manager. Ennis also held roles such as Deputy Director for the DHS Office of Test & Evaluation and Chief of both the Cutter Transition Division and Surface Division within the Coast Guard. Ennis holds a Master of Science in Technical Management from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy.
