Heather Klink

Heather Klink is currently serving as General Counsel at DGA Group since June 2021. Previously, Klink held the position of Counsel and Senior Advisor at Dentons US LLP from September 2019 to June 2021. At FTI Consulting, Klink served as Deputy General Counsel and Acting General Counsel from September 2006 to November 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing legal affairs for a global business advisory firm and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at DLA Piper as Of Counsel and Associate, and as Partner at Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler, focusing on bankruptcy litigation and reorganizations. Klink also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court. Klink holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
