Philip Belle

Philip Belle is an experienced professional in the fields of estimating and architectural design, currently serving as an Estimator at DGC Contracting since March 2023. With a career spanning over a decade, Philip has held various positions including Architectural Designer at Robert Litchfield Architect/PE since 2007, and was the Director of Estimating at Spaxel, where responsibilities included managing teams and preparing budgets for ground-up projects. Philip's experience also encompasses roles as an Estimator at GTL Construction LLC and Project Estimator at WeWork, alongside engineering positions at Dayton Industries, Lighting Services Inc, Valad Electric Heating Corp, and Koehler Instrument Company. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University and Stony Brook University, respectively.
