Paweł Nikiel

Paweł Nikiel is a seasoned professional in the fields of Virtual and Augmented Reality development, 3D visualization, and Python programming, co-founding GingerCoal Studio in 2015. With experience as CTO at DGG, responsibilities included structuring engineering processes and conducting team assessments. As Director of Technology at CGTrader, Paweł managed the Pipeline Automation Team, expanding its capabilities in handling AWS infrastructure and developing user-facing plugins. Previous roles include 3D Software Engineering Lead and CGI Pipeline Developer, where responsibilities covered Python tool development and team recruitment. Early career milestones include leading VR development at Spantium VR and contributing to successful architectural competitions as a 3D Artist and intern at various studios. Paweł holds an MSc in Architecture from The Silesian University of Technology.
