Tony Buzzelli

Tony Buzzelli is an experienced training and operations professional with a strong background in managing customer service and training initiatives within the supply industry. Since September 2015, as Director of Training and Development at DGI Supply, Tony has assessed developmental needs across the organization, created tailored training programs, and established comprehensive onboarding processes for sales and customer service teams. Previously, Tony served as National Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager at DGI Supply, where responsibilities included overseeing customer experience across 14 facilities and managing customer service teams in multiple regions. Prior experience at Grainger included roles as Regional Contact Center Manager, where Tony managed a team providing exceptional customer service and revenue generation, and as Branch Manager responsible for large facility operations. Tony holds a degree from Duquesne University and graduated from Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh.
