Merle Mansfield

Merle Mansfield is an experienced Programme Director at DG Murray Trust, with a strong background in philanthropy and a focus on advocacy and human rights. They hold an Honours degree in Social Science specializing in Social Policy and Management from the University of Cape Town. Merle has previously held roles as Special Projects Manager at Community Chest of the Western Cape and Social Worker at Lifeline/Childline Western Cape, among others, and they have been actively involved in the NGO sector since 2009. Currently, Merle also serves as Programme Director for The Zero Dropout Campaign, contributing to various developmental initiatives and advocacy work.
