John (Joao) Dias has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. John (Joao) started their career in 2013 as an SAP ABAP Developer at The Shoprite Group of Companies. Over the years, they took on various roles such as SAP Tester, SAP Transport Manager, and SAP Release Manager and Solution Manager/Charm.

In 2010, John enrolled at Heriot-Watt University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. John (Joao) successfully completed the program in 2013.

In the same year, they also attended the London School of Business and Management, where they pursued a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business with a specialization in Business Management. John completed this program in 2011.

Seeking to expand their knowledge in digital marketing, John enrolled at Shaw Academy in 2015. John (Joao) completed a diploma program in Digital Marketing in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, John has also obtained two certifications. In 2015, they earned a certification in SAP Solution Manager (IT Service Management Configuration) from SAP. John (Joao) also obtained a certification in Project Management for Team Members from Go Skills in June 2016.
