Mark Benson has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Manager of Store Operations at DGS Acquisitions since March 2018. Prior to this role, Mark held management positions at DGS Foods and was the Front of House Manager at Tan-Tar-A Resort from May 2016 to March 2018. Mark's earlier experience includes managing AJ's Steakhouse and Cafe at Prairie Meadows from September 2008 to May 2016 and serving as an Assistant Manager at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse from 2001 to 2006. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Upper Iowa University, completed between 1997 and 2000, and graduated from Dowling High School in 1990.
