René Hansen

René Hansen is a Mechanical Engineer at DGS Diagnostics since August 2022, bringing extensive experience in value chain management, compliance, quality control, conceptualization, prototyping, product development, strategic design, marketing, sales, and finance control from prior roles. As a Co-Founder of Roon & Rahn from February 2014 to May 2022, René was instrumental in various aspects of product maturation and market strategies. Additionally, René co-founded 1UP Design ApS, focusing on health care design and the development of a compression stocking aid. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Aalborg University, along with a course in entrepreneurship. Experience also includes positions as an Industrial Design Engineer, intern roles, and even a tour guide while skiing in Whistler, BC, Canada.
