Sansar Sharma's work experience includes:

1. Junior Network Engineer at DGtek Fibre Network since April 2022 (present role).

2. Field Technician at Wiretel Solutions from October 2021 to March 2022.

3. IT Support Technician at Infinity Care 🌸 from February 2021 to September 2021. In this role, Sansar provided first-line assistance support to staff and clients via phone, email, and remote-control service. Assisted with computer, phone and printer setup, driver updates, software and application installations. Also troubleshooted network problems, system issues, and performed operating system updates and upgrades.
