Daten Bass

Daten Bass has worked in the recruitment field since 2005. They began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Quadrant Inc. in 2005. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Data Matrix Solutions, Inc. and a Booking Agent at Echelon Entertainment. In 2010, they moved to Princeton Information as a Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they became a Corporate Recruiter at NSD and in 2021, they joined DH Tech as a Sr. Corporate Recruiter. Throughout their career, Daten Bass has recruited IT professionals, cleared professionals, and Healthcare professionals for various positions. They have also managed the recruitment lifecycle process from end to end and utilized multiple sourcing techniques and tools.

Daten Bass attended Morris Brown College from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Hospitality Management.
