He has rich experience of more than 15 years in Industries viz Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Retail, and Capital Market Advisory. Apart from Secretarial and Legal Compliances, he has experience in Project Finance, Resource Mobilization by Debt/IPO/PE, Financial Restructuring (M&A), and Corporate Strategy. During his working stint, he has worked with various reputed corporate including SRS Group, Karvy Investment Banking, Action Construction Equipment Limited, and JCB India Limited.
