Mathew Conrad is an experienced construction professional currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Dharam Consulting since January 2022. Previously, Mathew held roles such as Construction Estimator at Building and Land Technology, where responsibilities included estimating costs for high-rise residential and commercial developments, and Cost Planner at Lendlease, focusing on budget production throughout project lifecycles and benchmarking. Earlier experience includes working as a Cost Consultant at CBRE and IVI, specializing in construction documentation analysis and risk assessment. Mathew began the career as a Cost Estimator at Conte Company LLC, analyzing blueprints and defining scopes of work. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with a focus on Construction Management from Pratt Institute, complemented by earlier studies in Construction Management at CT State Norwalk.
