Prior to this role, Roger was a Vice President at Clark Construction Group, LLC, and Sr. Vice President at MATT Construction. Roger's expertise encompasses project development for cultural projects and pursuits, estimating, preconstruction, and successful delivery of complex projects with cost and schedule certainty. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Building Construction from the University of Washington.
