Vikas Agarwal

Vikas Agarwal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd. since November 2024, Vikas previously held the position of Vice President Finance at Indokem Limited from October 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, Vikas was the Chief Financial Officer at Refnol Resins and Chemicals Ltd. from November 2007 to September 2023, and held other senior finance positions within the same organization. Vikas’s career began at Dalal & Shah, where Vikas worked as an Audit Manager after serving as an Articled Student. Vikas also gained experience at SOMA Textiles & Industries Ltd. as a Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager. Vikas holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Company Secretary certification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
