Starting in 1985, they worked as a Senior Audit Clerk at Parikh & Shah, gaining experience in various sectors such as automobiles, engineering, chemicals, and telecommunications. In 1990, they became the Chief Accountant & Tax Executive at Sanjay Trade Corporation, where they focused on finalizing accounts and managing taxation work. Sanjay then transitioned to Cotton Club in 1993, taking on the role of General Manager and overseeing the entire supply chain operation. From 1994 to 2000, they served as the Finance, Accounts & Tax Controller at Priya Blue Industries Pvt. Ltd., handling regulatory matters, crisis management, and restructuring plans. In 2000, they joined Rosy Blue India Pvt. Ltd. as an Account Manager, responsible for accounts, finance, and taxation. Sanjay continued their journey at Rosy Blue from 2018 to 2022 as a Consultant. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Dharmanandan Diamonds Pvt. Ltd.
