Irfan Cetiner

Irfan Cetiner has extensive experience in the banking and treasury sectors, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Treasury at DHB Bank since August 2003. Prior to this role, Irfan Cetiner was the Head of Treasury at Disbank Nederland from March 2000 to August 2003. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) obtained from Bilkent University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University.
