Ozgur Kecicioglu has a robust background in treasury management, currently serving as the Treasury Manager at DHB Bank since June 2006, where responsibilities include the construction and management of the bank's fixed income portfolio and asset/liability management. Previously, Ozgur spent over five years at Turkcell Communication Services Plc, focusing on FX transactions and trading in FX markets. Ozgur holds an MBA in Finance from Yeditepe University, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a degree from Istanbul University, completed in 2000.
