Danny Montes began their work experience as a Production/Building Manager for Academy Corporation in 1989, where they were responsible for maintaining multiple facilities and the overall maintenance of production industrial equipment. In 2009, they joined ARS Services LLC as a Production Facility Manager until 2013. Most recently, they have been employed as the Vice President of Operations at DHF Technical Products since 2014. In this role, they oversee day-to-day operations, including production management, inventory control, purchasing, and shipping and receiving. Danny also focuses on implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to meet customer needs and goals.
Danny Montes received an Electronics Certification from TVI in 1990-1992. Danny also graduated from Sandia High School with a Diploma in 1982-1986. Furthermore, they obtained a Degree of Hard Knocks in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Technical Vocational Institute.
