Clayton Schmidt

Clayton Schmidt has extensive work experience in sales, account management, and leadership roles. Clayton started their career at Army National Guard in 1993 as a 13 Bravo. In 1998, they worked as a Corporate Security personnel at Motorola Mobility. In 2001, they joined Aflac as a District Manager and Sales Trainer, where they quickly rose to the position of District Manager. From 2002 to 2008, Clayton worked at Dun & Bradstreet, where they were responsible for managing over 3,000 national accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Since 2008, Clayton has been working at DHI Group, Inc. in various roles, including Sales Executive, Sales Manager, and currently as the VP of Regional Sales and Account Management. At DHI Group, they are involved in providing artificial intelligence-powered software products, online tools, and talent acquisition services to employers and candidates in the technology industry. Clayton has achieved significant sales success, including winning the President's Club in 2022 and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Clayton Schmidt obtained an Associate's degree from North Iowa Area Community College from 1993 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Iowa State University from 1995 to 1997.
