Derek Beck

Derek Beck is a skilled data analytics professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Development Manager at DHI Group, Inc. since September 2021, Derek previously held significant positions at the Arizona Department of Revenue, including Chief Data Officer and Assistant Director of Processing, where responsibilities encompassed data governance, business intelligence, and managing a large workforce and budget. Derek also has a background as a Lean Coach, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance agency operations.
