Michael Harris has extensive experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop and financial services. Currently serving as a Financial Services IT Support Analyst I at DHI Mortgage since October 2021, Michael previously held positions at HCA IT&S as a Tech Analyst II, where responsibilities included managing a Windows 10 migration and software deployment through SCCM. In a role at TEKsystems as Austin IT Coordinator, Michael provided desktop support and communicated technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Additional experience includes leading desktop support at St. Jude Medical, planning enterprise mobile device management solutions, and which encompasses a total of 14 years supporting workstations, servers, networking, and VOIP telephony. Michael holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from The University of Texas at Austin, one in Art/Photography and another in Fine Art.
