Sharon Hunziker

Sharon Hunziker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mortgage underwriting, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter for FHA, VA, and Conventional loans at DHI Mortgage since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon held senior underwriting positions at Stearns Lending, Inc. from August 2016 to May 2021, and at Florida Capital Bank Mortgage from July 2014 to August 2016, specializing in FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. Sharon began a career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Consumer Loan Underwriter from September 2008 to July 2014, focusing on FHA, VA, and Conventional products. Currently pursuing education at the University of South Florida from May 2023 to October 2025, Sharon previously earned an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Florida State College at Jacksonville between 2003 and 2006.
