Jose Barros has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jose currently holds the role of Vice President Customer Care at DHI, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they were Director Customer Success at DHI from April 2020 to December 2021 and a Customer Success Manager from September 2017 to April 2020. Before joining DHI, they worked as an Operations Manager at Expedia, Inc. from January 2016 to July 2016. Jose also served as a CS Manager at Farfetch from January 2014 to November 2015 and as a Customer Support Manager at Honeywell Aerospace from May 2008 to November 2013.

Jose Barros earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Universidade Catolica Braga, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed high school in the field of Humanities/Humanistic Studies at Externato Dom Fuas Roupinho between 1983 and 1988.
