Mary Rose Esperanza

Mary Rose Esperanza is an experienced Environmental Biologist currently working at DHI since May 2017, specializing in ballast water analysis. Prior to this role, Mary Rose served as a Research Assistant at UP Marine Science Institute from July 2012 to January 2017, contributing to the HABTech Project 2 focused on predictive systems for harmful algal blooms in the Philippines. Educationally, Mary Rose holds a Master of Science in Physical Oceanography from UP Marine Science Institute, completed between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Mindanao State University, earned from 2006 to 2011.
