Gabi Fassl has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Gabi currently works as the Global Head of Recruiting at DHL Consulting, a position they started in October 2021. Before that, they gained industry experience as a Werkstudentin at Bayer Industry Services from 1989 to 1990. Gabi began their professional career with a kaufmännische Ausbildung at ICT - Internationale Container Transporte GmbH from 1987 to 1989.

Gabi Fassl's education history begins in 1987 when they attended IHK, Neuss, where they obtained a degree in Bürokauffrau. In 2001, they studied Eventmanagement at IST-Studieninstitut für Kommunikation. From 2013 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in BWL & Wirtschaftspsychologie at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. In 2018 and 2019, they engaged in a Verbundstudium in Personalmanagement & Arbeitsrecht at Fachhochschule Niederrhein. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a course on Active Sourcing & Social Recruiting, specifically Active Sourcing - Modul 1, at Die Grüne 3 - #HumanizingDigitalHR.
