Dagmar Joswig

Dagmar Joswig is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT architecture within the logistics sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Corporate IT Office and Digitalization at DHL since January 2021, Dagmar has previously held significant roles at DHL Global Forwarding, including Global Head of IT Integration and Document Platforms and Global Head of IT Architecture. In these positions, Dagmar led IT architecture teams, drove digitalization initiatives, and managed IT project integrations. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Project Manager at Deutsche Post World Net. Dagmar holds a Diplom (FH) in Economics from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and furthered education at Freie Universität Berlin.
