Daniel Kondratowitch is the Director of Digitalization & IT PMO at DHL eCommerce, bringing over 19 years of experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. With more than a decade of leadership in technical teams and expertise in agile methodology and IT PM best practices, Daniel excels in cross-functional roles spanning Information Technology, Operations, Product Management, and Commercial. Prior to DHL, Daniel worked as an Industrial Engineering Contractor at American Express and has held various positions within DHL Global Mail Americas since 2005. Daniel earned a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and later a Master of Science in Information Systems from Florida International University.
