Dean Olsen has extensive experience in the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as the Global Customer Director at DHL since March 1997. Throughout the career at DHL, Dean has held various roles, including Director of Business Development & Regional Customer Management for eRetail & Fashion and International Sales Manager. Dean is recognized as a Six Sigma Black Belt and has managed international sales teams, overseeing numerous representatives across multiple states. Prior to DHL, Dean served as the Key Account Manager at DHL EXPRESS USA INC and held positions at Emery Worldwide Airlines Inc as an Account Manager. Dean holds a degree from Brigham Young University.
