Ravi Verma

Ravi Verma has extensive experience in technical support leadership, currently serving as the Director of Technical Support at Druva since September 2019, where responsibility includes building and managing a next-generation support model. Prior to this role, Ravi held various positions at Arcserve from June 2015 to September 2019, including Senior Manager and Manager of Technical Support, focusing on customer satisfaction across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes roles at CA Technologies, HP, and Wipro Spectramind, with responsibilities ranging from managing global support teams to providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers. Ravi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
