Dean Richardson

IT Service Manager

Dean Richardson is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in IT service management and asset disposal consultancy. Currently serving as an IT Service Manager at DHL since May 2017, Dean focuses on managing high-priority incidents and coordinating with support teams for swift resolutions. Prior to this role, Dean founded ITADwise in 2015, where management of operations and client engagement enhanced IT Asset Disposal practices across sectors. Dean's extensive tenure at CSC (2000-2015) included roles such as ITAD EMEA Manager, Service Improvement Manager, and Desktop Support Site Lead, during which responsible management of IT asset disposal and service improvement initiatives were priorities. Education includes attendance at Holsworthy Community College.
